LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Raycome offers a limited one (1) year warranty on all of its BP Monitors. Specifically, Raycome  warrants that its BP Monitors are free from defects in workmanship or materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

NO RETURN TO MAINLAND CHINA

In view of the particularity of medical instrument products, Raycome can not accept the defective machine shipping back to China mainland. In respect of all after-sale problems, on the basis of friendly negotiations, Raycome will definitely provide comprehensive maintenance services and limited replacement of spare parts to distributor.

WITHIN THE LIMITED ONE YEAR OF THE WARRANTY, IF THERE IS A ‘ROUTINE’ ‘REPARABLE’ PROBLEM OCCUR

  • Solution 1
  • Distributor shoot problem video to Raycome, Raycome arrange specialist to confirm the problem, and give maintenance guidance (via text / Voice / Video) to Distributor .
  • Solution 2

    For problems required replacement of spare parts, Raycome ship out corresponding parts for free to Distributor, and Raycome also supply maintenance guidance (via text / Voice / Video) to Distributor ,and let Distributor solve it by themselves.

WITHIN THE LIMITED ONE YEAR OF THE WARRANTY, IF THERE IS A ‘NON-ROUTINE’ ‘IRREPARABLE’ PROBLEM OCCUR

  • Solution 1
  • Distributor provides the video + part number of the unrepairable machine,Raycome confirm the problem and provides 2% of the whole machine spare parts,ship out with next order.For emergency shipping,Raycome will ship out at the earliest schedule under enough stock.
  • Solution 2
    If irreparable machine quantity beyond 2% of spare parts range, Distributor needs to provide a ‘All Whole-machine Spare-parts Replacing Record Form’ , which include the corresponding detailed information(defective status/defective date/part No./quantity/video)on all the defective models and it’s replacement status . Normally, all replacement model quantity together (include 2%+extra application) does NOT exceed 3% of the order volume. Raycome ship out new whole-machine spare parts upon confirmation of Distributor’s information.All Whole-machine Spare-parts Replacing Record Form refers to Appendix 2

BEYOND THE LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY, RAYCOME’S SOLUTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWING

  • Solution 1
  • Provide a complete list of spare parts (including unit price) , agents can prepare safety stock in advance to deal with product after-sales Problems,refer
  • Solution 2
    Raycome will shoot and upload maintenance videos to Youtube/Google drive  for routine after-sales Problems,Distributor arrange specialist to learn and solve problems.
  • Solution 3
    Raycome supply training for to Distributor’s after-sales specialists at appointed time according to Distributor’S needs. Travel expenses for trainees on round-trip air tickets and visas shall be burdened by Distributor.
  • Solution 4
    If large batch defects encountered, Raycome will arrange specialist to go to Distributor’s country to deal with after-sales problems. If it is turned out to be the quality problem,Raycome will burden all expenses on the travelling specialists. If it is turned out NOT to be the quality problem,Distributor should burden all expenses on the travelling specialists.

EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

This warranty excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or product alterations or changes, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or purchaser. Raycome  is not responsible for labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement of its BP Monitors.
