Raycome offers a limited one (1) year warranty on all of its BP Monitors. Specifically, Raycome warrants that its BP Monitors are free from defects in workmanship or materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
In view of the particularity of medical instrument products, Raycome can not accept the defective machine shipping back to China mainland. In respect of all after-sale problems, on the basis of friendly negotiations, Raycome will definitely provide comprehensive maintenance services and limited replacement of spare parts to distributor.
For problems required replacement of spare parts, Raycome ship out corresponding parts for free to Distributor, and Raycome also supply maintenance guidance (via text / Voice / Video) to Distributor ,and let Distributor solve it by themselves.
This warranty excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or product alterations or changes, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or purchaser. Raycome is not responsible for labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement of its BP Monitors.
